- Lead and manage Concept, PFS, FS, and FEED studies for mineral processing projects, particularly in copper and gold.
- Oversee cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines.
- Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct structured trade-off studies and risk assessments to support decision-making.
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in process design, equipment selection, vendor coordination, and foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in project execution and study methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with Master's degree or PhD being an asset.
- 15–20 years of experience in mineral processing, focusing on copper and/or gold, including managing PFS, FS, and FEED studies in the mining sector and advanced technologies in mineral processing and battery materials.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario / Quebec or eligible for P.Eng status in any Canadian province is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large- and small-scale projects within Mining and Metals, with bilingual capabilities (e.g., English, French) being an asset.
- Strong understanding of process flowsheets, equipment integration, constructability, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, @Risk), as well as familiarity with SmartPlant 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
- Operational and site experience in mineral processing plants, knowledge of project safety standards, and the ability to drive safety culture, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
