Job Description:A leading organization within the industrial services sector is seeking an experienced IT Manager/Director to oversee and advance its information technology operations in its Windsor office. This role is responsible for leading the IT department, managing daily activities, crafting strategic plans, and ensuring the secure and effective use of technology throughout the company.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to deliver optimal support and services.
Develop and implement IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify current and future technology needs.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Cisco and Dell technologies.
Strong background in cloud computing and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Expertise in CRM systems and QA management.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and IT infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic IT initiatives.
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies effectively.
