Our team ensures the interconnection between BRP's systems and those of the dealerships in its network. This connectivity strategy is a key driver of several growth programs at BRP and generates essential information for strategic analysis.As a data analyst, you ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of the data exchanged. You support user teams to ensure that the data is well understood, correctly interpreted, and used optimally. You will work in a dynamic environment that combines operational monitoring, data flow validation, support, continuous improvement, and collaboration on structuring projects. By actively contributing to the monitoring of quality indicators, you will play a key role in the stability, performance, and evolution of the dealership connectivity data ecosystem.Reporting to the Head of Dealer Technology Services, you will work within a multidisciplinary ecosystem encompassing several business units, including planning, logistics, promotions, warranty, marketing, digital, and the IS&T team. You will also collaborate closely with our software partners, including DMS, CRM, and web platform solutions.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITYCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these needs into relevant data analysesDevelop algorithms to transform data into useful and actionable informationDesign, maintain, and automate, where possible, integration monitoring algorithms with our software partnersDesign, maintain, and automate, where possible, dashboards and reports (KPIs, key performance indicators)Monitor the activities of the interface ecosystem, identify issues, and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve them quicklyCommunicate results and analyses clearly and understandably to non-technical teamsCollaborate with the master data management team to ensure the consistency and quality of the ecosystem's dataYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, information systems, administration, or a related fieldThree (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in data analysisStrong sense of priorities and autonomy in managing FilesAnalytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detailAbility to simplify and communicate complex results to non-technical audiencesSkills in non-relational and analytical databases, particularly Snowflake and MongoDBProficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BIProgramming skills (SQL, Python, Java) — an assetKnowledge of ETL and data modeling — an assetExcellent communication skills in French, both oral and written, and functional proficiency in EnglishHome office: Sherbrooke, QuebecHybrid work environment offering a combination of remote and on-site work, as well as flexible hours.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
