Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of commercial and specialty construction projects. The Estimator will work closely with project management and site teams, supporting projects ranging in scope from small service work to large-scale multimillion-dollar projects.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation, interior, drywall, ceiling, painting, and related construction scopes.
Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate pricing.
Estimate projects ranging from small service work to large-scale multimillion-dollar projects.
Analyze bids, subcontractor pricing, material costs, and labor requirements.
Coordinate estimating activities with mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems to ensure compliance and constructability.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and support estimating accuracy.
Maintain organized and accurate estimate documentation using Excel and internal systems.
Support troubleshooting and technical review related to containment system compliance and performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients as needed.

3-5+ years of Estimating Experience
Renovation, Restoration, Masonry, and Roofing Estimating Experience
Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in calculations.
A commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
