- Manage and expand sales with large retail partners (big-box and national chains) in the live goods/horticulture sector.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans, then execute with focus and flair.
- Dig into data and market intel to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing) to deliver seamless service and execution.
- Build smart strategies, pitch innovative solutions, and ensure programs run smoothly.
- Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and industry shifts-bringing fresh insights to the table.

- 5+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in live goods, horticulture, or related consumer products.
- Proven success selling into big-box or large-format retail.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfort with digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, CRM, ERP).
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- A genuine passion for plants, retail, or merchandising is a plus.
