Perform general maintenance and repairs, including glass replacement, trash receptacle repairs, and painting
Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
Provide operational support as required
Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
Operate lawn-care equipment and work from ladders
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned

Critical Qualifications

Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn
Ability to work at heights
Able to lift 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
Proficient in using hand and power tools while working on a ladder
Organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding areas
Strong attendance record
Green-patch safety boots are required
Valid driver’s license required
