Role: UI Designer
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote)
Duration: 06 Months.Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a UI Designer, where you'll play a crucial role in translating UX strategy into high-fidelity, responsive designs. Your work will ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with our design system, supporting seamless development handoff.   • 4–7 years of experience in UI design for enterprise applications
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout
  • Experience with design systems and responsive frameworks
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with developers and UX strategists
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Next Experience components
  • Familiarity with Storybook and component handoff workflows
  • Ability to write microcopy and contribute to content standards
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages
  • Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns
  • Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints
  • Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder
  • Provide component specs and redlines for developers
  • Conduct design QA and accessibility checks during implementation
