This position ensures visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with ServiceNow’s design system while supporting development handoff.Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years in UI design for enterprise applications.
Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout).
Experience working within design systems and responsive frameworks.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Ability to collaborate closely with developers and UX strategists.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Next Experience components.
Familiarity with Storybook and component handoff workflows.
Ability to write microcopy and contribute to content standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages.
Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns.
Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints.
Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder.
Provide component specs and redlines for developers.
Conduct design QA and accessibility checks during implementation.
