As a member of the healthcare team, the Physiotherapist coordinates, assesses and evaluates patient care and provides physiotherapy care to meet the needs of patients. The Physiotherapist collaborates with interdisciplinary team members and community agencies in the provision of care and discharge planning for patients and their families.Qualifications1. Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
2. Demonstrated experience and/or interest in acquired brain injury
3. Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating ABI clients
4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management of rehabilitation patients, including those with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders
5. Self-directed, independent practitioner also willing to share clinical skills
6. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
7. Demonstrated ability to work as an independent practitioner while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
