- Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels to generate qualified leads and improve conversion.
- Optimize creative and media performance to achieve ROI and cost-per-lead targets.
- Translate national programs into localized, French-first and bilingual digital plans tailored to Quebec & Atlantic markets dynamics.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Build trusted relationships with advisors by understanding their business models, growth goals, and comfort levels with marketing, meeting them where they are.
- Act as the senior digital coach for advisors and field teams: assess digital maturity, create individualized activation plans and track progress over time.
- Design and deliver advanced workshops, clinics, and 1:1 coaching with advisors on digital basics, local marketing, prospecting funnels, content strategy, compliance-savvy social tactics, and analytics literacy.
- Mentor internal marketing teammates to lift execution quality with frameworks, playbooks, QA checklists, and best practices.
- Lead cross-channel regional programs (SEO/SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, email/MA, conversion rate optimization) that attract, nurture, and convert high-value prospects for advisors.
- Orchestrate regional event amplification (pre/during/post) to maximize registrations, attendance, and follow-up conversion.
- Ensure brand consistency, bilingual quality, and compliant execution across all digital assets.
- Lead regional pilots in AI-driven personalization, predictive audiences, and marketing automation journeys for advisor prospecting and client engagement.
- Champion test-and-learn rigor (A/B/n, incrementality, landing-page/CRO testing) and scale proven winners region-wide.
- Collaborate closely with National Advisor Digital Marketing and corporate digital teams to share best practices, contribute to the national performance dashboard, and ensure regional programs align with enterprise initiatives while avoiding cannibalization.
- Act as a thought leader in digital marketing trends, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.
- Own the regional KPI framework: advisor digital adoption, lead volume & quality, funnel conversion, event and sponsorship ROI, revenue contribution proxies.
- Produce regular readouts with actionable recommendations for Regional Directors and national partners.
- Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable business outcomes and meet compliance standards.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing for a major brand, preferably in financial services or professional services.
- Strong hands-on experience across paid media, social, SEO/SEM, analytics, and local marketing programs; able to go deep or stay high-level as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and training.
- Proven ability to lead through influence: experience supporting field sales, advisors, or franchise-style growth models where influence, coaching, and adaptability are critical.
- Interest and familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: experimentation design, funnel analytics, forecasting, and executive storytelling.
- Project and time management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a quick learner and a self-starter who can take ownership of opportunities to evolve the offering and collaboratively work with partners to execute solutions.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required, both written and spoken.
- Travel is required. The role includes regular in-region travel across Quebec and the Atlantic provinces to support advisors, attend events, and collaborate with regional teams.
- Hybrid work environment with 3 days in-person at an IG Wealth Management office.
