Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV).
  • Understanding of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
  • Strong strategic, tactical thinking, systems thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with key agency stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of video solutions and drive increased investment. You will play a key role in influencing video strategy, promoting best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies.   • Lead high-level activations and manage relationships with agency partners to drive video growth and support transformation initiatives across key accounts.
  • Deliver training and thought leadership to influence agency video strategy development and promote the adoption of best practices and planning tools.
  • Pitch video advertising solutions, identify new revenue opportunities, and generate leads to accelerate innovation and investment in video products.
  • Gather critical agency perceptions and market trends to communicate feedback to internal teams, shaping future business strategies and product alignment.
  • Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on cohesive go-to-market strategies and achieve collective business goals for the Canadian market.
