You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in driving risk, saving, and opportunity management across projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Core Teams, Scheduling, Cost Control) to identify and mitigate risks, conduct quantitative analyses, and facilitate workshops, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining risk registers, but also leading brainstorming sessions to identify risks, savings, and opportunities and ensuring mitigation plans are on track.We’ll look to you for:Owning the Risk, Savings and Opportunity (RSO) process from the bid phase to project conclusionCollaborating with Project Managers to advise on risk management strategiesFacilitating workshops to collect inputs and run integrated Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) modelsDeveloping and maintaining risk registers, including defining risks and mitigation plansProviding clear, actionable risk reporting and dashboards for senior leadershipEnsuring risk mitigation actions are integrated into project schedules and budgetsDelivering RSO training and seminars to project team membersPerforming quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using risk management softwareAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
