We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong background in network infrastructure to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and driving key network infrastructure projects while also taking on day-to-day team responsibilities. You will oversee the success of onboarding of new projects, manage CapEx/OpEx requirements, and secure funding approvals. In addition to this, you will oversee / lead strategic projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are executed efficiently and on time.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and scalable network solution. Proficiency in Jira, excellent communication and strong presentation skills are essential for this role.Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network technologies including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, could networking, datacenter infrastructure, firewall, load balancers, network security, server farms, and systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering large-scale complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
- Proficiency in Jira for project management and tracking.
- Strong understanding of CapEx / OpEx management and experience in securing funding approvals.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to act as a bridge between multiple businesses and technology areas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. An ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Certification, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
