Here are some of the perks and rewards.Competitive compensation packageAnnual bonus program tied to company and individualNo premium cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused culture working on brand new technologyWhat you’ll do:Provide operations leadership for our Brampton, ON Service CenterReport to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your regionCoach and develop 20+ technical employeesCoordinate technician and contact labor for job executionOversee the daily operations and logistics of the service centerEnsure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deploymentPartner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teamsLeverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsAct as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetingsWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experienceMinimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry5+ years of relevant operations leadership experience5+ years of direct management of technical employeesManage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysisProficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP systemExcellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skillsStrong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting prioritiesWe recruit the best talent.
