- Solid business acumen and a customer-focused approach to supporting internal client groups.
- Educational background in Human Resource Management (Diploma or Degree), with a preference for candidates holding or pursuing a CPHR designation.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in industrial or oil and gas sectors, with deep knowledge of employment law, human rights, and OH&S across jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in complex HR matters, including handling legal and employment standards complaints, and managing end-to-end investigations with final recommendations.
