- Lead Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives across North America, ensuring consistency and quality across all hiring practices
- Partner with senior leaders to influence hiring strategy and drive alignment across business units
- Oversee and develop a growing TA team, providing guidance, structure, and mentorship
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and external recruitment partnerships
- Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Explore and implement new tools and technologies, including AI and assessment platforms
- Continuously evaluate and refine TA processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and outcomes
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
- Must have proven experience operating in a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated success leading TA programs or initiatives at a large scale
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and recruitment tools; exposure and interest in AI and modern sourcing tools is an asset
- Background in a matrixed or global organization is required
