- The role is for a Delivery Lead (Project Manager) to support technology business at our client.
- Primary responsibilities include leading and managing technology projects (with a focus on Salesforce and mobile app development), working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
- The Delivery Lead will oversee project delivery, coordinate with technical leads across multiple platforms, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.
- The role also involves managing hybrid project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall), facilitating communication between business and IT, and supporting end-to-end processes from marketing and sales through to resident services.
- Additional responsibilities may include leading due diligence projects and ensuring effective documentation and use of project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience leading technology projects, particularly with Salesforce development and implementation (not necessarily hands-on coding, but strong understanding of Salesforce development cycles and terminology).
- Familiarity with mobile app development processes and system integrations (ability to manage projects involving mobile apps and backend systems).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills-ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
- Experience with hybrid project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).
- Proven ability to work with project management tools such as Monday.com and Jira (or similar).
