- Partner with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, to refine and scale a global TA program aligned with Prophix’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners on workforce planning, anticipating hiring needs and building proactive pipelines.
- Partner with L&D to deliver training to managers and leaders on WHO-based interviewing, structured selection, and leadership hiring best practices.
- Act as the global hiring liaison, working with the EMEA People Generalist and managers across regions to ensure consistent global hiring practices.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for SaaS and technical roles, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Manage and evaluate agency partnerships, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with hiring needs.
- Enhance Prophix’s employer brand in partnership with Marketing and People teams, ensuring a standout candidate experience.
- Leverage Workable ATS (and other systems) to drive efficiency, manage pipelines, and generate insights.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform TA strategy and support workforce planning.
- 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or SaaS environments.
- Proven success with high-volume recruitment while maintaining candidate quality and experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workable ATS; familiarity with UKG and other ATS tools an asset.
- Strong sourcing expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage agency partnerships.
- Knowledge and application of the WHO interview framework, with the ability to coach leaders on its use.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner across Talent, L&D, and People functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
- Experience leading employer branding initiatives or people strategy projects.
- Professional HR designation (e.g., CHRP, RPR).
- Experience coaching hiring managers on structured interview practices.
