  • Technical:
  • Adept in the software development lifecycle and working across multiple technical domains.
  • Able to ask the right questions to help identify technical gaps and facilitate decisioning process
  • Capable of deeply diving into subject matter and re-emerging to form an end-to-end blueprint for the program. Leverages AI capabilities to accelerate outcomes
  • Facilitates technical conversations and provide POV with engineering teams to manage decisions and trade-offs
  • Strategically Focused:
  • Influences the creation of the program strategy and and deliver results as aligned with strategy
  • Prioritize across the portfolio and surfaces trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders with own clear POV
  • Demonstrates end-to-end thinking: Bring all of the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needs
  • Balances short-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments to ensure the platform's scalability and reliability
