If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed customer outreach and appointment-setting goals, with accurate documentation of all customer interactions.Build a pipeline of prospects based on lease timelines and customer feedback.Maintain up-to-date digital records, including vehicle ownership status and customer contact details.Ensure every leased vehicle has a documented outcome at or before contract end.Learn and deliver accurate product knowledge and financial information presentations.Collaborate with the sales team and managers to ensure a seamless handoff and follow-up process for customers.Stay current with product updates, dealership processes, certifications, and licenses.What We’re Looking For:Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet navigation.A polished, professional demeanor and strong communication skills in every customer interaction.Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and follow established daily processes.Self-motivated with the ability to proactively generate new business opportunities.A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in Ontario.
