- Ge'rer les risques, enjeux, budgets et e'che'anciers avec rigueur.
- Collaborer e'troitement avec l’architecte de donne'es et les e'quipes techniques.
- 8 à 10 ans d’expe'rience en gestion de projets complexes BI/Data.
- Expe'rience en environnement multi-systèmes et inte'gration de systèmes d’entreprise.
- Solide compre'hension des concepts : ODP, data modeling, data governance, data warehouse, reporting.
- Maîtrise d’outils BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) et connaissance ETL.
- Habilete's ave're'es en communication, ne'gociation et gestion du changement.
- Expe'rience dans un contexte de transformation à grande e'chelle.
- Expe'rience en environnement te'le'communications ou projets avec forts enjeux de donne'es.
- Certification PMP, PRINCE2 ou e'quivalent (atout).
We are seeking an outstanding senior project manager to lead strategic business intelligence and data management initiatives in a major business transformation context. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering critical projects aimed at structuring, governing, and leveraging data at the heart of the organization, in an environment where everything is still being built. This role requires a seasoned leader capable of navigating a multi-system, multi-stakeholder environment, with major financial, technical, and operational challenges.Main Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management
- Lead the implementation of BI and Data projects (reporting, data modeling, governance, data warehouse).
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources.
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are met, with a results-oriented approach.
- Consolidate and prioritize the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business decision-makers.
- Participate in the mapping of enterprise systems and the definition of the target state of the data architecture.
- Collaborate closely with the existing data architect to ensure the consistency and quality of the integration.
- Implement data governance processes and quality standards. o Optimize data collection, transformation, and dissemination processes.
- Oversee the development and deployment of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Ensure the adoption and effective use of delivered solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure rigorous monitoring.
- 8 to 10 years of experience managing complex BI/Data projects.
- Experience in multi-system environments and enterprise systems integration.
- Solid understanding of ODP concepts, data modeling, data governance, data warehouse, and reporting.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and ETL knowledge.
- Proven communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Experience in a large-scale transformation environment.
- Experience in a telecommunications environment or projects with high data stakes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (asset)
