- Translate customer and business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Work with IT specialists to evaluate and recommend system architectures that ensure scalability, performance, and evolution requirements
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Oversee release planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog management
- Support test and release cycles with acceptance criteria and data analysis
- Monitor and capture tangible benefits achieved through digital adoption
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT to ensure clear understanding of business and solution objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor, promoting digital adoption to customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization through consultation, presentations, and supporting digital transformation by introducing innovative practices improving digital efficiency and business growth
- Champion digital transformation by introducing innovative practices that improve efficiency and customer loyalty
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration
- Monitor and analyze industry and technology
- Analyze market trends, OEM strategies, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
- Conduct user research and beta testing to inform product decisions
- Capture and document customer needs and opportunities enabled through digital channels and interactions
- Lead initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance customer interactions across divisions
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, including product management, IT systems, technical product management, and others
- Professional certifications, including product manager and/or technical product manager is considered an asset
- Process mapping, workflow design and data architecture experience
- Strong understanding of software development, lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with one-on-one and group presentations
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, or API-first products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or data-driven product development. Strong knowledge of Caterpillar Digital solutions and integration
