
Business Developer - Aerospace and Defence

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record (2+ years) in B2B sales preferably within the aerospace and defense industry, in technical services or solutions sales. Experience with complex sales cycles and large accounts is highly desirable.
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience could be considered for this role.
- English mandatory, bilingual French considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technical services in aerospace and defense.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse businesses.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Travel: This role may require domestic and international travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Location: Montreal. Remote work options may be available based on business needs.
