- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Enter recipe data based on the production schedule.
- Assemble containers, label, wrap, and support setup and cleanup of the Molding line.
- Prepare raw materials to ensure continuous line operation.
- Track inventory, clean magnets, and document critical control points (CCPs).
- Operate lift truck safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production room and follow sanitation schedules.
- Follow GMP practices and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, Lead Hand, and Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Support packaging and warehousing tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with BCOS (Barry Callebaut Operating System) - TPM/Lean Manufacturing.
- Perform daily Autonomous Maintenance (AM) tasks and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment an asset.
- Demonstrated hoist operator experience.
- Demonstrated lift truck experience/certification.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
- Standing and walking for extended periods - 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to freely move around entire facility.
- Must be able to lift 55lbs.
- Pushing and pulling of 55lbs.
- Ability to work in and be exposed to heat.
