Location: Concord, OntarioWhat you will be doing:Prepare annual sales forecasts and participate in annual budgetingDevelop quarterly strategic sales plans and conduct territory management consistent withpriorities and objectivesComplete quarterly/monthly review of activities and resultsComplete annual business reviews and scheduled check-ins with customersConduct Sales Activities through appropriate mediumsPrepare quotes and orders as requiredRoutinely identify and report all market, opportunity and competitive informationDevelop and maintain coordination and communication with manufacturing and shipping departments to assure timely attainment of sales department goalsParticipate in industry-related events including tradeshows as requiredWhat you must have:Technical expertise on Geotechnical, Environmental, and Waterwell drilling markets, products and technologies, with HDD and Diamond-Core knowledge an assetMinimum of 2 years in successfully utilizing a professional sales process system such as Sandler, SPIN or Miller Heiman. Training should include major account management skills and strategic/tactical sales skillsPost-secondary education in related fields preferredExcellent business and sales acumen in order to resolve customer inquiries and issues while maximizing sales and profitabilityAbility to influence/work with others to achieve departmental goalsEffective time management and task prioritizationProficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM.Salary/Rate Range: $60,000-$70,000 + CommissionFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
