Help with writing Procedures for EAM / Creating Safety's for the Regions-help with the Safety's overall (allocating, finding the Test Inspection Certificates, attaching these in EAM etc.)
Scanning Documents like U1As/ Tank files to EAM-Digitizing ALL the Paperwork we have in our Archives/Boxes
Help with TSSA/Aviva– filing and tracking existing Documents in EAM, entering data in EAM, following up with Aviva &TSSA on missing Certificates / Inspection Reports. Sorting out TSSA Mail-checking the status of Invoices and TSSA Letters regarding Expiring Registrations/COIs.
Help with PPSA-Organizing hard copies, applying for PPSA
Review, audit, and clean existing datasets to remove duplicates, inconsistencies, and outdated records.
Standardize data formats, naming conventions, and classification structures across systems.
Proficiency with Excel or other data management tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, Dynamics).
Assist with implementing new processes, tools, or system configurations.
Working knowledge of autocad to assist with French translation drawings
Team player with great communication, time management & detail-oriented skills
