- Leadership Meeting Coordination: Draft agendas, manage invitations, and compile pre-read materials for leadership meetings. Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Executive Briefing and Support: Prepare high-quality briefing materials and speaking notes for the Global CTO for key meetings, presentations, and events.
- Communication Strategy Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy for the CTO organization, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Event planning: Organizing meetings and events for our leadership team, ensuring accommodations meet our requirements and detailed itineraries are available to all participants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive communication, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders.
