
Quality Coordinator

- Participate in the implementation of the quality management policy at the Montreal and Laval sites.
- Manage quality documentation.
- Contribute to the management of projects aimed at implementing, improving and maintaining a high level of product quality.
- Maintain up-to-date implementation of quality procedures and policies.
- Identify, monitor and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.
- Handle quality-related customer complaints and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare, monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) to propose improvements.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to the Senior Quality Manager.
- Write and update quality-related procedures, policies and technical documents.
- Perform testing and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures.
- Organize and maintain supplier, customer and certification audits, following up on corrective actions.
- Translate quality documents according to business needs.
- Support the Quality Manager in various tasks and projects.
- Support and replace quality supervisors in their absence.
- Develop and implement measuring instruments to facilitate the identification and follow-up of non-conformities at all stages of production.
- Perform all other quality-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree (chemistry, industrial engineering, quality or administration) or any other experience that might be considered.
- Member of the Order of Chemists
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Knowledge of ISO standards, experience and qualifications to conduct internal and external audits.
- Excellent team management, organizational and leadership skills
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Certification, Internal Audit (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Versatility
- Thorough knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g. GMP).
- Knowledge of measuring equipment (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
