
Senior Financial Analyst, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services

- Analyzing financial data, accounting records, and financial models
- Assessing business plans, forecasts, and financial positions of distressed companies
- Preparing integrated cash flow models and scenario analyses
- Supporting the execution of formal restructuring mandates including Receiverships, Proposals, and Bankruptcies
- Preparing formal reports to stakeholders, creditors, and the Courts
- Assisting in advising companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and regulators
- Managing multiple engagements and timelines concurrently
- Managing sales processes for the disposition of distressed assets and businesses
- Participating in practice development and business networking initiatives

- 2–3 years of experience in a professional accounting services firm (Audit experience is an asset)
- CPA designation obtained or in progress
- Experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, or turnaround is a strong asset—but not required. We’ll train the right candidate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tackling complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel to client locations as needed
- Access to reliable transportation for occasional travel throughout BC
