- Actively prospect and secure new equipment sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- Promote and sell Develon heavy construction equipment in the Alberta market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and professional sales presentations.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored equipment solutions.
- Create and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product support teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Travel within your territory for client meetings and industry events.
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment or construction-related industries.
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (and occasionally to the U.S.).
