- Understand customer issues so as to help them better and offer them appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Identify and contact talent to present opportunities, advise and evaluate for each position those who will be the best fit with the company culture and job specifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from making contact to administrative and financial procedures.
- Managing and assessing applications throughout the recruitment process to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.
- Strategic, because an effective recruitment policy is a major competitive advantage for companies,
