We are looking for a Digital Web Strategy Team Lead who will report to the global digital manager to strengthen the customer experience and elevate our websites and build your own tools. You will lead a team of digital web strategists. You will be responsible for the digital product strategic vision, growth and roadmap while also identifying the business needs and opportunities and converting it to design, and leading the development, deployments and continuous improvement.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Lead strategy team: Understand business opportunity and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver on business objectives following norms and processes. Define clear strategic vision for each product and program.
  • Manage budget, resources and timeline: Align, follow, and seek required resources to support project management and product evolution.
  • Ensure healthy team backlog management: Help team gather business requirements, ideas and initiatives, revise briefs and help key strategic projects prioritization.
  • Collaborate with multiple squads: Work with other digital web team leads and other global teams within BRP, including customer experience, CRM, tech, legal, marketing, and external agencies for the entire strategy lifecycle.
  • Coach team members on how to have a strategic mindset, always focusing on initiatives in line with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Perform market watch and share insights on what is going on in other companies, on other websites and other technologies to represent strategic vision for websites.
  • Monitor results and outcome: Establish, monitor and improve team and web performances to align strategy and further positive impact on user experience.
