- Devise data-driven briefs that inspire teams to produce impactful end results, ensuring alignment with GardaWorld's objectives for full growth potential across diverse and precise markets and verticals.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies that are aligned with business unit objectives and the global marketing game plan, aiming for exciting digital objectives and embracing full-funnel B2B strategic thinking.
- Prepare for and contribute to CEO Review sessions, demonstrating the value of global marketing leadership.
- Deliver executive presentations for various projects, including 360 campaign plans, competitor analysis, go-to-market presentations, and retrospectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with business units (marketing and sales), guiding them to align their vision with actionable value creation initiatives.
- Conduct surveillance of the security services ecosystem in North America and globally to understand competitor positioning and strategies.
- Serve as an expert advisor within your discipline, actively supporting business development efforts and collaborating with the global marketing team of specialists.
- Perform all other related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline, or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of proven work experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on strategy in a B2B industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, full English & French proficiency. The official working language is French.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with great capabilities in data analysis using Excel.
- Highly Valued Qualification: Good knowledge of the various digital channels (Paid, Owned, Earned)
- Strong Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to synthesize market intelligence and business data into actionable strategies.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for articulating strategic plans and fostering collaboration across business units.
- Adaptability and Agility: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and capable of quickly adjusting strategies based on feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying challenges and opportunities within the market and business units, crafting innovative solutions.
- Independent and Collaborative Working Style: Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and in a collaborative setting.
