Our team provides project management, project controls, construction management, and supply chain services to major mining, energy, industrial, and power projects-ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery regardless of location.As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role supporting client-based projects and may act as Lead Buyer on select major initiatives. This role can be based out of Calgary, AB or Montréal, QC, with flexible work options.Your Impact
  • Lead procurement activities for large, complex client-based projects across the energy, industrial, and power sectors
  • Develop bidders lists, prepare bid packages, issue RFPs, and manage bid evaluations and negotiations
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Responsible Engineers, and project teams to align procurement with delivery schedules
  • Manage purchase orders, requisitions, change management, and contract close-out activities
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, expeditors, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and mitigate risk
  • Communicate schedule impacts, delays, and risks clearly to project stakeholders
  • Act as Lead Buyer on major projects and mentor junior and intermediate buyers
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, scope changes, and labour hour estimates at the project level
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 8-12 years of procurement experience on Energy, Power, or Industrial projects
  • Experience working in an EPCM environment (asset)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, workflows, and contract administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Supply Chain Management systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex procurement packages and fabricated equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred

MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
