- Deliver quarterly reporting for the Preferred Supplier Initiative (PSI), including spend analysis, rebate and discount consolidation, and commodity tracking using Power BI and Excel (Power Query).
- Manage ongoing rebates: review postings, assess tax requirements, maintain tracking files, and calculate year-end allocations.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for preferred supplier categories and maintain the preferred supplier master list.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design advanced BI dashboards and reports.
- Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards, including Indigenous spend, diversity spend, procurement dashboards, open PO reporting, and general spend reporting across Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Business Objects (BO).
- Produce BO reports to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Process Material Master requests in line with data governance standards and defined SLAs.
- Support and promote Material Master adoption through training, data analysis, cleansing, and SAP setup.
- Develop and maintain material groups, naming conventions, and overall material group structure.
- Provide SAP MM expertise across the P2P process, including table analysis and issue resolution.
- Investigate data integrity issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Objects, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an asset.
- Exposure to scripting, Visual Basic, or SharePoint Designer is an asset.
- Strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and strong data manipulation experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in problem solving.
