- Coordinate site meetings, manage scheduling tools, and oversee document control workflows.
- Facilitate the onboarding and qualification of subcontractors and vendors for site activities.
- Support the preparation and handling of contract documents throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on site execution.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in assembling and issuing bid packages and procurement materials for site use.
- Liaise with field teams to support contract close-out processes and ensure timely completion of site documentation.
- Collect and maintain contract documentation to support site-level audits and internal reviews.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage complex documentation and reporting.
- A strong understanding of contract lifecycle management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
