If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you are invited to apply for this role.TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Site Contracts Administrator role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site meetings, manage scheduling tools, and oversee document control workflows.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and qualification of subcontractors and vendors for site activities.
  • Support the preparation and handling of contract documents throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on site execution.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in assembling and issuing bid packages and procurement materials for site use.
  • Liaise with field teams to support contract close-out processes and ensure timely completion of site documentation.
  • Collect and maintain contract documentation to support site-level audits and internal reviews.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage complex documentation and reporting.
  • A strong understanding of contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
