- Support our Director of Sales in driving growth for our remote camps, modular accommodations, and full-service catering solutions.
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across resource, energy, mining, construction, and major capital project sectors.
- Assist in building proposals that showcase our capabilities - from turnkey camp operations to large-scale catering and lodging solutions.
- Research industry activity, project pipelines, competitors, and emerging market trends to keep us ahead of the game.
- Maintain accurate and insightful updates in our CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Keep our CRM humming with accurate data and insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development - ideally connected to remote camps, modular accommodations, catering, industrial services, or project-based environments.
- A genuine interest in camp services, food operations, and delivering great experiences in remote and dynamic settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and staying organized in a fast-moving pipeline.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region (Ontario and Manitoba), including remote project sites and Nationally when needed.
