- Source, recruit, and manage a pool of skilled candidates to meet client needs
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, testing, and reference checks
- Maintain and update candidate inventory and database records
- Attend weekly client meetings and propose solutions to staffing challenges
- Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with internal quality standards
- Administer and audit the time & attendance system and payroll data
- Conduct orientations and manage expectations for new hires
- Handle inquiries from candidates and field staff in a timely manner
- Identify and improve recruitment process efficiencies
- Lead with a proactive, quality-driven mindset
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting, HR, or team supervision
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Flexible schedule to meet occasional off-shift demands
- Proficiency in database management and digital record keeping
