
Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

- Assists in developing project and campaign plans
- Executes BTL or Through-Partner campaigns supporting consumer products
- Executes all activities to ensure consistent marketing across categories and channels
- Act as Project Manager for activity execution and its results
- Co-ordinates all parties involved in an activity - VML, Microsoft stakeholders, and third parties
- Responsible for marketing asset localization review
- Acts as a content gatekeeper for all marketing content requiring translation review and approval
- Evaluates if content and messaging is appropriate for the market
- Advises stakeholders on overall activities execution processes, KPIs, deployment of tools and services
- Acts as advisor on consumer marketing tools and services
- Completed studies in any marketing-related field
- Broad understanding of various marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, incl. marketing channels
- 2+ years' experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives, incl. 1+ year experience with target audience segmentation, campaign success measurement, project or account management role
- High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e. g. personal data protection or brand guidelines
- Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines
- Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way
- Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
- A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
- Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail
- Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply)
