Work location: 627 Plinguet Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 2W9 (work 5 days/week in the office)Work mode: Office attendance - 5 days/weekWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PMStatus: Permanent, Full TimeYOUR ROLEReporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an Inventory and Accounts Receivable Administrator for 5 locations will be to:
  • Reconcile inventory counts across all Sollio Agriculture locations and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records;
  • Perform daily inventory adjustments and ensure accuracy of inventory data in the ERP system;
  • Review and validate inventory costing to ensure proper valuation;
  • Review and post warehouse transfers between locations;
  • Review and post daily production to maintain accurate inventory levels;
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory variances;
  • Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments;
  • Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are properly recorded and reconciled;
  • Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers);
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities;
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies;
