- Prepare structural BIM models and drawings from conceptual and design development information.
- Coordinate structural models with internal teams and external disciplines.
- Support project delivery by meeting drawing production schedules and quality standards.
- Produce accurate, high-quality drawings under the direction of Project Engineers.
- Contribute collaboratively to project teams across a range of building types.
- Diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting or Architectural Technology from an accredited university or technical college, with coursework in Revit (required).
- 5-8 years of experience demonstrating strong technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in construction and/or consulting services an asset.
- Solid knowledge of structural drafting across all phases of a project.
- Ability to conceptualize structural and architectural elements in three dimensions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and technical excellence.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player capable of working effectively with minimal direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information and reach sound conclusions.
- Dependable and flexible, with willingness to work additional hours when required.
