- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the project team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities and resource allocation.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular project reviews with clients, providing updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SAP project management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a team lead or project management role, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role within an SAP consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
