- Load trays or carts to transport dishes and utensils from the kitchen to the dining room and back.
- Clear table after guest leaves.
- Wipe table and replace tablecloths, placemats and napkins.
- Take dirty dishes to the dishwasher.
- Set the table with dishes, utensils and glasses.
- Restock the table with condiments and other items.
- Replenish the supply of water, ice or any other food or beverage available at the counter.
- Keep common service areas stocked and clean.
- Elegant, smiling, and refined individual.
- Good knowledge of the restaurant industry.
- Enjoys working independently.
- You have high expectations for the quality of our services.
- Ability to work under pressure.
