Oversee complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead the planning, delivery and execution of tech projects.
Build and manage project budgets, timelines and resource plans.
Spot risks early and put solutions in place to keep work on track.
Track progress and keep stakeholders updated with clear, timely reporting.
Manage vendors and make sure external partners deliver what's needed, on time.

10+ years managing projects or programs in the property or tech space.
Confident leader who knows how to guide cross‑functional teams and keep work moving.
Experience with process mapping, project management and change management methods such as Six Sigma or LEAN.
Solid understanding of Agile practices.
Strong knowledge of technology environments including network infrastructure, servers and operating systems.
PMP Certification, ITIL and CSM are preferred.
