IT Program Manager

• Business group: Enterprise Delivery Office – supporting FP&A Transformation Program –
• Project: PM for Anaplan – This role is part of the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Transformation Program, which is modernizing the organization’s budgeting and forecasting processes through the implementation of Anaplan (SaaS), replacing Oracle Hyperion. Approx. 30 employees working on this Program.

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a high visibility to project (to C-Suite level stakeholders, working alongside VP), working closely with multiple client departments.

• Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional teams to define business requirements
• Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
• Communicating with project team and vendors

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project / Program Manager, with some experience preferably in a large FI
• Experience with platform migration projects (on-prem to SaaS)
• Experience with financial applications (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)

• Regulatory experience
• Risk Remediation experience
• Recent Experience with Top 5 Banks is an asset, specifically with the client

• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Great communication skills are required, as they will regularly be communicating internally and externally

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
• PMP Certification is nice to have

• The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Project/ Program manager with previous client experience working with corporate finance, or hands-on experience with Anaplan / Oracle Hyperion

• 1st – MS Teams: 30 minutes – with Hiring Manager
• 2nd – MS Teams: 30 minutes – with Hiring Manager, project stakeholders/VP
