Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding client experience by identifying individual needs and offering tailored service
- Uphold brand values and knowledge, serving as an ambassador for luxury jewellery and timepiece collections
- Maintain a deep understanding of product lines, heritage, and craftsmanship to communicate effectively with clients
- Support all aspects of the sales process including follow-up and aftercare
- Contribute to a high-performance, client-focused team environment
- Assist with store opening/closing duties (Key Holder experience is an asset)
- Adhere to security protocols and procedures; candidates must be bondable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury customer care or sales, preferably with fine jewellery, timepieces, or high-end retail
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment
- Ability to work flexibly based on the needs of the business and your clients (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Key Holder experience considered an asset
