- Grow current dealer partnership sales through enhanced strategic support
- Build and maintain a strong network of influencers from the Real Estate, General Contractor and/or Architect and Design communities
- Proactively develop client relationships and create meaningful engagements to win Steelcase business
- Develop and implement opportunity strategies.
- Rally and lead the appropriate Steelcase and dealer team according to the client and project needs
- Act as primary Steelcase contact for major Steelcase regional accounts
- May also interact with clients to grow and gain more business in existing dealer-led and Steelcase global accounts
- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders on business strategy and occasional special projects
- Maintain business activity through Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Business, or related field
- Bilingual in French and English
- 5+ years sales experience working with a dealer network
- This position's primary place of work is on-site at our primary dealer location in Montreal (3+ days per week)
