- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, system administrators, and infrastructure specialists.

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure and network.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of network operations, systems administration, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability for all systems in scope and meeting all operational KPIs.
- Measure, monitor and maintain the team's ability to meet or exceed response and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Liaise with the Security Team to implement best practices in security to protect against cyber threats.
- Manage risk and maintain business continuity plans.
- Develop, implement, and regularly test comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize technology investments.
- Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure and network projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their value and effectiveness for the organization.
- Continuously analyze and optimize technology costs while maintaining or improving service quality and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
- Proven hands-on experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Advanced knowledge and operational experience with Citrix VDI and Netscaler infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge and operational experience with Microsoft Server platforms.
- Advanced knowledge and operational experience with VMWare Virtualcenter and ESXi infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and best practices specific to Microsoft Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of public cloud architectures, using IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration is considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Commvault backup infrastructure is considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, ISE, wireless controllers, and Meraki SD-WAN infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security concepts to provide practical expertise solution remediation.
- Knowledge and understanding of new and emerging technologies and trends
- Ability to develop architectural solutions and technology roadmaps for a multi-site organization
- Ability to resolve significant integration and technical issues
- Ability to lead and motivate technology teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
