- Managing a team of sales managers to achieve monthly revenue targets within a defined territory and deliver consistent sales growth.
- Developing and monitoring tactics to drive sales activities and sales funnel growth to achieve the budget.
- Developing and monitoring tactics to drive wider account penetration of additional software/cloud-based solutions and IT services into defined account portfolios.
- Coaching and mentoring sales managers, complete Performance Development Plans and develop KRAs and performance objectives for team members that align, promote, and support DSD goals and strategies.
- Creating an environment of success through strong leadership.
- Communicating all company goals, strategies, and DSD Sales results to direct and indirect reports, and ensuring all information reaches sales teams.
- Utilizing economic, financial, and industry data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, identify key issues, and develop strategies and plans within a defined territory.
- A bachelor’s in business or marketing.
- More than 8 years of related experience with 2 years leading people.
- Refined project and process management skills to implement budget strategies through a sales manager team.
- Advanced time management and multitasking skills to efficiently balance the diverse requests and needs of staff, management, and customers.
- Advanced analytical skills in requirements review, pricing proposals, and leveraging operational data to drive sales.
- Refined use of Salesforce, S21DS, Sales Logs and Core Billing Packages
- Intermediate use of the Direct Sales product line to demonstrate to customers
- Proficient in reviewing and manipulating data in Google Sheets/Excel and creating presentations in Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- We offer a Hybrid work schedule. You will be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week and can work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance).
