- Design & Develop: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design, develop, and maintain a wide range of security awareness training materials. This includes interactive e-learning modules, microlearning, videos, infographics, and simulated phishing campaigns.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize the Articulate 360 suite (especially Storyline 360 and Rise 360) to build high-quality, interactive, and visually appealing e-learning courses.
- Collaborate with SMEs: Partner with our internal cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, ensure technical accuracy, and distill complex concepts into easily digestible content.
- Project Management: Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, including establishing timelines, managing stakeholder reviews, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Content Curation & Maintenance: Regularly review and update existing training materials to ensure they remain current with the latest security threats, trends, and company policies.
- Measure Effectiveness: Assist in developing assessment strategies and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of direct experience in an instructional design and development role.
- Experience with the Articulate 360 suite, particularly Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- A strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and learning evaluation models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A basic understanding of core cybersecurity concepts (e.g., phishing, malware, social engineering, password security, data privacy).
- Experience creating training content for technical or security-related topics.
- Experience with multimedia development tools, such as the Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition).
- A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing and developing engaging e-learning solutions is required for consideration.
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
